This is a peri menopausal god send! As I’m sure all of the ladies looking at this product know the night sweats are real! The nights I would toss and turn because one minute I feel like I have the fires of hell on my skin so the blanket comes off, then I’m freezing so blanket back on, rinse and repeat forever more! Well no more! The material is so light and comfortable, it’s silky smooth on the skin and the fabric is very cooling! It comes in different sizes and colours to suit everyone, the quality of the material is honestly next level, this blanket has changed my sleep game! This is 100% great value for money! And I love that it has so many colours to choose from! Highly recommend

I was super skeptical when I got it out of the pack but after a few nights sleeping with it im actually loving it . I can wrap myself up like a burrito if I want. It has the two different textured sides so I can flip and chose which texture I want on my body . It's comfortable to sleep with all night and super light weight . I typically sweat terribly at night and so far I haven't with this blanket even though the weather has been hot. Obviously it doesnt "cool" you down but I like the fact I can stay at one tempreture or move the fabric over and "cool" down again . I bought the biggest one so I can manipulate it as and when needed through the night . Why did you choose this product over others?: Reasonable price for a really good product. The cooling effect works really well and makes a difference in the hotter weather.

This is the second cooling blanket I’ve bought and it’s been a game changer during the heatwaves. It has a decent weight to it so you still get the comfort of having a blanket on, but actually feels cool to the touch. It does heat up after a little while, but as soon as you move around a bit it cools back down. I recommend this to everyone!

Why did you choose this product over others?: I looked long and hard at these blankets before buying. I chose this one from reviews, price and quick delivery as due to the recent heatwave it was horrendous trying to cool down in my bedroom. I got the smaller one as hubby doesnt mind the heat. I however, am overweight and menopausal so really struggle in general let alone when the night-time temperature is 20 degrees. First impressions, it feels nice and it's a really good size. Cooling??? Well I was very happily surprised as to how much cooler it made me feel. I covered myself up until I cooled down then relied on the fan as usual. I just kept doing this and I slept so much better. It absorbs the heat then the cooling action wears off until the blanket cools again. By using the cooling side to initially cool down and then turning it over to the cotton side if I got all hot again it was nice and cool when I needed it. Has been a godsend these last few days

Having contemplated this for a while, I would say the blanket's quality of manufacturer is very good with a variety of sizes to meet most needs. As to whether I feel any cooler having used it during the very hot and humid weather is more difficult to accurately answer. Personally, I cannot say I have noticed that much different compared to summer duvet. That, however, may be down to how my body manages heat specifically, therefore, I may post an edit in a few more weeks. The blanket is very light and the colour is okay (perhaps more options would be nice). And now for the big question, is it good value for money? Not really, it is a premium priced product which does not necessarily perform (for me) as well as I have hoped. Perhaps, if it had been more realistically priced then it could have made four stars.

Loved it so much I now have a single and a double. Took the single on holiday with me recently as I knew the temps were in high 20s in the eve. Hate sleeping with air-con. Didn't have one uncomfortable or noisy night. They are now essential pack items. They wash with my pj's and dry very quickly over the airing rack. (That said I use them over a sheet so don't need doing too often.) They're slightly weighty so even when it's really hot you can get that snuggly feeling. Colour is very clever, seems to blend nicely with any decor, I've used them in 3 very different bedrooms so far. Is your man one of those natural hot water bottles superheating the bed? Get one of these. Do you wake in the night burning like you've been to the gym? Need one. Got a poorly person in the house with a fever? Blanket. Got a hangover, want to sit on the sofa with a duvet but you're still feeling stuffy? Blanket. Trouble sleeping in the last heat wave, dreading the next one? Blanket. Got someone you need to buy an Xmas gift for who'd fit in the above list more than once a year? You got it 😊

It felt cool as first but warms up fast,. If you keep moving it cools. I wouldn't say it is as good as people say in their reviews or at least not for me and my son. I usually use cotton sheet in summer so doesn't feel alot different.

My husband gets hot easily and he loves using this as it helps him control wanting it to cool him down or warm him up. We ended up buying the smaller size first to try and then the bigger one. Fabric feels soft and nice on the skin

Es increíble esta sabana o manta, dependiendo como se ponga, por un lado, el mas claro, baja la temperatura del cuerpo unos 5 grados si te tumbas encima, es fresco por el lado claro. Por el lado oscuro, hace de manta, si te pones encima de ella, te sube la temperatura corporal, es caliente. Dependiendo que lado te pongas o bajas la temperatura (claro) , o sube la temperatura (oscuro)

Di solito dormo con i piedi "fuori" perché ho caldo, con questa coperta stanno più freschi al coperto che non fuori! E' composta da un doppio strato: quello di nylon è liscissimo e freschissimo, da la sensazione di un fiume d'acqua fresca, il lato cotone è lavorato molto fitto ed è ovviamente più caldo, grossomodo tipo un lenzuolo di cotone... per il momento ho dimenticato l'esistenza di altra biancheria da letto. Nonostante ci siano state notti parecchio calde non ho avuto problemi di sudore, ci si sveglia al mattino freschi come usciti dalla doccia. Seguendo le tradizioni di altri popoli NON vanno usate lenzuola o sacchi copripiumino, si usa così com'è e si lava frequentemente, oltretutto si asciuga velocemente. Più che la versione matrimoniale consiglio due singole in modo che ognuno possa godersi il lato fresco o quello meno fresco in pace.>>

It works really well. I switched back to my normal blanket half way through the night because I was getting too cold.
