Yoga nidra is a technique to alleviate stress whether a yoga fan or not.
Yoga Nidra by Tracee Stanley is a must read.Written in a straight forward easy to read style, Tracee is not just a master of yoga nidra, but a super wordsmith too. She's given me so.much to think about. I love her individualtake on yoga nidra.Yoga Nidra ( a ancient form of deep relaxation) has scientifically proven to help alleviate mental health issues ( even PTSD), A self help manual written in an accessible style, which puts yogic philosophy into practical context. I loved the section on working with the Ancestors.A must if you love yoga, its certainly made a difference in my life. Thankyou
