I’m really happy with this attic stairway insulation cover. It was very easy to install, and it fits well over the stair opening without any gaps. Right away I noticed a big difference in keeping the warm air inside and blocking drafts from the attic. Easy installation using a staple gun. It fit well. Took 15 minutes to put in. Replaced an old, floppy, fiberglass insulation, tent-like blanket that did the trick for a 14 years. I expect this will last as long since it is made well. Since the hole to the attic is sealed while you staple it in place, you can install it in the middle of winter and not lose much heat.
