They can be adjusted to fit that 700 series just need to know how to installed it

The 2 pieces barrel ended brake cables work with avid lever?

Yes!... I replaced the levers and break set completely and worked very well. I needed a Cable Cutter though, if you do not have it you will not be able to shorten the cables to the desired size.

Is this set works on kids bike?

It is only suitable for some children's wheels, the specific needs to see the wheel model.
