Great product. It is working wonderfully on me. I feel great, have more energy and never missed a period eversince I started using it.

Surgical menopause 10 years ago. Have never fully balanced hormones but am back on HRT. Surgery solved endometriosis but PCOS is forever because it is an endocrine disorder. This in addition to HRT (estrogen/progesterone, not testosterone) has made a significant difference in overall well being including reduced anxiety, depression, skin is clearing up, sleeping more restfully. I am noticing some difference with appetite and sugar cravings. However, I am starting slow, taking 2 capsules at night for first 3 or so weeks, adding 1 more this week so taking 3 at night and adding 1 to morning routine. My gut is sensitive so I am unwilling to start with full dose to begin, I do not need that added drama. Hoping that with PCOS relief to have facial hair growth slow, we will see. My adult daughter (fortunately) does not suffer with either conditions but I am having her try for 1 month to see if she benefits at all from this supplement. That is how impressed I am with it.

My cycles have never been regular. So far I have been taking it for over 2 months and I have not gotten my period for months after taking it I got my period the next month. My period wasn’t as heavy as before.My cramps were still there but way more manageable. The only thing is that it did upset my stomach a bit. I think my body is more adjusted to it now so it definitely has improved. I also had a few mood swings but that was my body trying to adjust my emotions. It improved my emotions as well. So just give it a couple months and it also helps to take it with food and take two with lunch and two with dinner. I don’t like taking it right before bed because inexperienced vivid dreams. I also don’t have sugar cravings like I used to so that is a plus! Would definitely recommend for my PCOS girlies! I have gotten better sleep. It is very effective keep in mind all bodies are different. It is worth the money. It does not taste bad either.

This helped shrink my ovarian cysts after 3 months of use. It helped me get out of having to have surgery and I can’t recommend this product enough. I also ended up pregnant taking these🤣

I have never left an amazon review in my life but need to leave one because of how amazing this supplement is. I am a 25 year old girl diagnosed with PCOS for years. Have been pushed to birth control, spirolactane, anything BUT holistic options. I am no longer on any medications (used to take this and found they only masked the issues) and looking to manage my hormones and irregular periods more holistically and finding the underlying CAUSE. I did some research and added ONLY THIS supplement into my regimen so far to see if it was effective rather than pairing with other interventions. I have only been taking this supplement for TWO WEEKS and notice an INSANE difference. I have had 8/10 pain level periods for years, unable to function without Advil every few hours, even then it wasn’t enough. I am on day 2 of my cycle right now and as most woman know this is the WORST day!! I have had little to almost NO PAIN. I have not needed any medication. I am shocked and truly do believe this is from religiously taking this supplement. I am excited to continue seeing long term benefits from this supplement, and I could not recommend this more, especially to anyone suffering from PCOS , irregular/painful periods. I also have had severe cystic acne on and off my whole life (have been on acutane, every topical, spirolactane). My skin has been under control the last 2 weeks and am excited to see if i continue to see benefit for this as well.

To start my review, I have to note that I unfortunately had to quit taking these after nearly two months due to accelerated heart rate. That’s the only reason it’s 4 star instead of 5. I think it mixed with my depression meds, even my tiny dosage of 10mil. My heart rate remained between 110-130 all the time. However, I felt fantastic. I had so much energy. My constant hunger subsided. And I started seeing weight loss within 3 weeks. In two months I lost a total of 20 pounds—and a month and half later, the weight has stayed off. I paired it with good protein and 2-3 gym days a week. I REALLY wish I could’ve continued taking this, but after some research, it doesn’t seem to mix well with SSRIs.

I can’t stress this enough. IF YOU HAVE PCOS BUY THIS! I recommend it the second someone tells me they have PCOS. Before this I only got a “normal“ cycle on birth control, and birth control made me rapidly gain weight and had me more worried about infertility. These are perfect size, easy to swallow, mild taste, and they genuinly changed me life. My cycle is normal, I feel better, Ive lost 25 lbs., the hair growth on my chin has completely stopped.
