I just received my second bottle of Qualia Night. I do not take them every day…but I take them often and on the days that I do, my sleep is deeper and of better quality than without Qualia.

Do yourself a favor. If you like this product, go buy the top 6 ingredients from another supplier and you will have 10X as much at 1/4 the cost.

When I take two of these along with two of "NIGHT", I get a good restful sleep.

Only been taking a couple of nights but it seems to have a difference on the quality of sleep. Not so much tossing and turning. Feeling more well rested when I wake up.
