Is there enough clarence between lid and cooking grate to cook "Beer Can Chickens" if so how many? Also what about a turkey and a large pork ham?

I have no idea why some responses say, "No" to cooking a turkey on this 22" Weber kettle grill. I have been smoking a turkey on mine every Thanksgiving Day since 1983 when my first Air Force commander invited us to his house and introduced us to this method. My family and I were assigned to various AF bases around the world during the following 23 years and neither weather nor size of the bird stopped us from enjoyed a smoked turkey dinner; we still cook our birds using the Weber kettle every year. The warmest Thanksgiving was in Biloxi, MS (64F) and the coldest was Fairbanks, AL (2F). Interestingly, the temperature never seemed to negatively affect smoking those turkeys, even when at near-zero degrees! As for the size of turkey that will fit under the lid of a 22" Weber kettle, that depends on the bird's shape, as well as weight. A 16-lb. turkey fits easily on that grill, but I can fit a heavier bird that has a more-flat shape that one that's rounder. My record: A 22-lb. turkey in 2018 (pre-pandemic) for our growing family (10 at that time); however, I did have to "manage" the bird's shape a bit. Although she was as flat as I could find at that size, I still had to "crush" her ribcage so she'd fit. I simply pressed down hard like I was doing CPR -- crunch/snap and we were good; still room for stuffing her, too! Finally, the cooking time (even in the coldest temps) is much shorter than you might expect (certainly faster than my mother's 6-hour cooks in the oven; maybe that's why they seemed so dry). LOL Most times I find turkeys cook in 3 hours or so on the Weber kettle, but this year's 16-lb. bird was done in just over 2.5 hours (through-and-through, no pink, drumsticks falling off, and internal temp at the FDA recommended 165F. So, cook-and-enjoy your Weber-smoked turkey any time of year, anywhere. Best regards, Colonel Mike

Not the quality of a Weber grill it used to be being made in China/Mexico. I would pass on it and get a good USA high quality grill like Webber made their name on.

How many inches off the ground is the lower triangle shaped wire shelf?

It is 4 inches above the ground. I wouldn't say its a shelf for storage; its more a support between the two legs with wheels and also the leg without a wheel.

You get what is advertized. Prompt delivery. Sellwr coordinated from day one as soon as order was placed. Came and assembled too. Warranty is exceptional. There was a patch after one usage (some manufacturing defect i believe). Contacted seller and to my surprise entire lid was replaced within next 2 hours. Really amazwd by the professionalism and promptness. Best grilling experience too. Might seem a bit pricey but as we all know, best quality in the market comes with a price tag. Go for it without any hesitation. Seller needs additional appreciation too. Package deluvered next day. Installation done and really prompt service. Seller kept following up all this while. Product is good but Never buy from the seller Kitchen Brand Store

Grill looks sturdy and feels premium. But I’ve received damaged closing lid, I had noticed that after the whole grill had been assembled. Once I’ve taken this to seller and requested to replace the damaged closing lid he accepted the replacement of the product and said that once the replacement done the old one will be disassembled by my side and it’ll be taken back. But he’s not responding for like 7 days so I’ve filed Amazon for refund. On that day he called and asked me to cancel the claim so he’ll send new one by tomorrow for sure, but Amazon representative asked me not to cancel as seller is not responsive. After that day seller is not at all helpful he’s asking me to disassemble the product by myself and return it by self. After lot of dramas and issues even Amazon promised me someone will come and disassemble to take the grill back. But atlast they also spoken in favour of seller. At last some how with the help of my friend we disassembled and returned the product by self by paying courier fees. Almost after 20 days my refund got initiated. Bottom line: You can buy the product without second thought but choose the seller correctly. All sellers are not helpful if you got some issues
