great item! i bought for my kitten. the first time i used it on her she smelled really good and it cleaned her better than any other cat shampoo i bought! highly recommend. very easy to open even when your hands are full or wet! she smelt good and her fur was very clean.

Thank you kitty shampoo. You are amazing. So long story short I got 2 kittens husband was sick and puking in the toilet at 5am. Small kitten jumped head first into the puke. Husband screamed and gave me a puke filled kitten. I was half asleep. I put kitten in the tub, he shook off sending puke everywhere. I ran and got this shampoo and put a little water on kitten then scrubbed this on him. Thank you for also being easy to open when you hands are full of puke and wet and wrangling a upset kitten. Well got him all lathered up and had to wash that poor baby. He let me scrub him all over from head to toe but was latching onto my shirt. I was able to get all the shampoo off and after drying him off as much as I could cuz he ran under the couch, and realizing I was now soaking wet and covered in puke I went to change. I needed a shower but my baby boy smelled delicious. Not a strong overpowering smell like perfume or fruity smell but rather a nice clean smell.

You don't smell the vanilla at all and it didn't leave my cat's fur feeling soft, it felt a little rough,... I didn't like this item. I'll try a different scent to see if it works better.
