Probably my favorite tubing mascara. Does not smudge throughout the day but cleans off completely at day's end. Can't beat the price! Pigmentation is great. Wand is a little chunky, but that is a personal preference. No fragrance.

I have tried several different brands of mascara. Most were the brands you could find at any grocery store or CVS, but I did invest in some more expensive brands as well like: Estée Lauder, Clinique, Lancóme, and Shiseido. I like this one more than any of those brands I’ve tried. I am half Korean and half Caucasian. My upper and lower eyelids are just shaped differently and it’s easy to smear. Even when I barely put any or use smudge-proof or water-proof ones. Usually the water-proof ones are hard to remove even with makeup remover. This Bye Bye Panda eyes somehow manages to be smudge-proof and long-lasting, yet easy to remove with regular Neutrogena face wash (it includes some makeup removing properties). I also notice my eyelashes look thicker as well. I’m most impressed with u bottom lashes. I can’t even put eyeliner on, which I love and looks so good on me, because it just smudges too easily. With this mascara, I’ve completely removed my lower eyeliner routine and just use this mascara on my top and bottom lashes and it gives it the definition around my eyes and doesn’t smudge. I waited about 2 weeks before writing this review to make sure it was accurate. I used it everyday for those two weeks and I’m just happy with it. I’m impressed with the price and that it actually does what it says it does. I haven’t been able to try it in the rain. It hasn’t rained much since I got it. There was some drizzle as well as snow. The snow feel on my top lashes and it didn’t smudge either. I didn’t rub it or anything either, but still I’m happy that it didn’t make the mascara run all over my eyes. The product doesn’t claim to be water-proof, to my knowledge, but so far the moist weather conditions hasn’t caused it to run all over. Everyone is different, but this product worked very well for me. Smudge-proof is the main reason to buy this. Very happy with it. Glad I randomly tried it.

So for the price this is just fine.It takes several applications for it to be visible, however, my lashes don't stick together regardless of how much I apply. Which is nice.It washes off quickly and easily, but it does not seem to be tubing mascara. At least it doesn't look like it when it washes off.I still get some darkness under my eyes. Less than with regular mascara but more than with waterproof mascara. I don't put anything on my bottom lashes, in case anybody wonders.At the end of the day my lashes look less full, but that's okay with me.If you are on a budget, I think these will not disappoint. I accidentally bought the three pack and will just work my way through it before I decide whether I want to buy it again or not.

I do like this mascara but I still get some smudge below my bottom lashes. Not much, but still noticeable and much better than others. Maybe it has something to do with the way I apply it and seems worse when I apply more than 1 coat. Again, might be my fault. Maybe I am applying it too soon after the first coat. It does not irritate my eyes or flake off at all. I think it works best just applying one coat. I will keep working with my application. I would purchase this again because I do feel it is better than others. I like that it removes very easily.

So I had a a long talk with my friend, ChatGPT and I was limiting to her that I couldn’t find a mascara that didn’t make me look like a raccoon by lunch time. I asked ChatGPT for recommendations. This is what was recommended and I could not be happier. Finally finally finally I’m nearly 50 years old and I finally have mascara that doesn’t smudge. I can’t recommend this highly enough. I will say that I do also use it with a lash primer. Together it’s fantastic.

I’ve been purchasing this mascara for several months. I like that it’s smudge resistant and waterproof. I think it does a great job of lengthening lashes. It is definitely a great value for the money. Has been, a standard in our home.

While it isn’t horrible, this doesn’t behave like a normal tubing mascara. It goes on like a regular formula.Pros are that it’s light but builds, keeps lashes separated, and covers evenly.Cons are that it flakes easily, doesn’t tube your lashes, and is a thin formula that you have to build.

This is NOT a tubing mascara, don't get mislead by the name, like I was. The mascara itself is actually not bad, I would even say pretty nice (that's why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of one). It goes on smooth, no clumping, great separation, decent length. If tubing effect wasn't important to me, I would be very happy with it and wouldn't be returning it. It gives nice wispy lash effect that I prefer, and you can layer it for a more dramatic/glam look. BUT! When you attempt to remove it, you discover that it's not a tubing mascara. Tubing mascara is supposed to slide off your lashes in little tubes and wash off clean. This one washes off like a traditional mascara, with smudges and black mess spreading around your eyes. So, back it goes.
