Wonderful and relaxing for you boys! We have been using this brand on our boys (7 & 9 now) for the past three years. We went through a few brands and this was the most effective. The taste is delish! I love sneaking in two when I, myself, need a good night’s sleep. We give my 7 year old one gummy and my 9 year old 2 gummies. We started off giving them each 1/2 gummy because they relaxed them pretty quickly. Sleep quality is amazing. Worth every bit of $ spent. I would say the only side effect is that they both have at least one nightmare a week which I hear is a side effect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought these to help my daughter fall asleep. She is a very active kid who likes to fight against her body’s need to sleep. So these help her “give in” to the rest she needs.

The media could not be loaded. I tried the product before giving & I actually felt it ! I was comfy and relaxed and mellow …She used to have a great nap & sleep schedule then one day she said F Everyone ima do me… so it’s been hard for me. I’ve tried lavender sprays, keeping a room completely dark no distractions, running her around all day… yet she’ll still fight her nap until the late afternoon & wake during dinner … so imagine the rest 😩😩. i give her 1 & around 30 mins or so the yawns come in I know it has kicked in . She then finds a comfy position and it’s snoozeville until the morning!

My kiddo rests well using these. He is 9. 125 pounds. 54 inches tall. He takes 3. He is usually out within 30 minutes.

Son muy buenas llevo mucho tiempo usándola y las recomiendo, al principio sentía miedo de dárselas a mi hijo y estaba asustada, pero mi hijo no descansaba en las noches dormía muy mal y se develaba más que le tomaba alrededor de dos horas quedarse dormido lo que me llevó a buscar algo que lo ayudara para que en el día no estuviese tan casando y alterado, y ha sido un cambio en nuestras vidas lo ayudan a quedarse dormido literalmente en menos de 20 minuto y duerme toda la noche pero si estar tan sedado no sé si logran entender a lo que me refiero es como que duerme súper bien como si fuese un sueño natural que logra despertar bien para ir al baño o pedirme algo mi bebé tiene 3 años y medio y lo uso desde sus tres años pro si les sirve de referencia 🙏🏻
