Very pleased with purchase
It was just like buying a brand new Mac, condition was mint and everything worked just as it should. The item arrived on time and was very well packaged, would definitely purchase from again. Only thing that was a shame is that it dose not come with original Keyboard and mouse, although the ones that where supplied worked fine.

A nightmare ongoing
Impossibly slow... sticks ...screen goes blank.. ...I needed help to install... took 4 hours . ..expected only one I want to send back but cannot be without a computer so I asked for a replacement to exchange with return.. Seems this is impossible... I run a charity globally for children with disabilities and I talk with families every day on the internet so to have an indefinite time without a computer would be awful ... I really need good advice from Amazon..will try again This does not seem like an Apple....

Misleading information about keyboard and mouse
The Mac itself seems to be working fine as I transfer data from old Mac to this one. However, I'm really disappointed about the misleading information regarding the Magic Mouse and Keyboard. The keyboard and mouse provided seem to be generic devices that wouldn't work so had to use the magic mouse and keyboard from old Mac. Given that an official magic mouse and keyboard are considerably better in quality, I feel pretty short-changed here.

Good quality but weird to trust 100%
The screen is in perfect condition and the computer is working well. But is not true it come with Magic Mouse and apple keyboard , is a small mouse and keyboard that you can find in Poundland. The relationship price quality is good speaking about iMac, but it feels weird that it come with a different accessory you read in the description.

Misleading - Its not the "Latest Model"
Item is probably fine, yet the description is misleading. It says latest model - It is not the 2020 comes with many upgrades "The 2020 iMac’s 512GB SSD is a big step up from the 2019’s 1TB Fusion Drive" for just one
