Spot on for the money from a brand I felt I could trust. Use this for 30 seconds on each muscle before cycling and about 1 minute on each after.What's most impressive is the recovery time I've gained by using this when I get in from long rides. Previously I would just spend some time stretching after a ride, but combined with this it has worked absolute wonders for my recovery. No sore legs the next day. Remarkable!

I bought this massager to replace a shiatsu massage chair cover from the same brand as the old one lived on my office chair which i need easier access to due to working from home.To be clear, i love the old chair cover, but had become inconvenient due to needing to sit on my office chair 5 days a week, so this had big boots to fill.The HoMedics handheld massage gun is comfortable to hold with a reassuring weight that helps to control the applied pressure accurately without being too heavy. The tool can be used all ove the body on any muscle which is a big improvement for me over the old massage chair as i suffer with plantar facitis and i can use this on the base of my foot.The 3 speed settings are sensible and powerful, and i find that the middle setting is ideal for most uses.The final positive is the battery. It has a good battery life and being battery powered makes it very portable amd handy for keeping at the side of the bed to massage out those early morning aches.I would recommend this product to any one who suffers muscular aches and pains anywhere on their body.

This is a lot lighter than the one we had before. It’s easier to handle and you will not end up with a strained wrist. The battery lasts for about an hour. It switches off every 10 mins to prevent overheating. It makes a huge difference even in 10 mins. If you have knots this tool will change your life.

Worked when I received it but it won't recharge using the usb charging cable provided (plug not provided).

I have now 2 frozen shoulder and have a range of homedics massagers to address different aspects. I use the handheld massager when I am woken by pain and I run it over the area for 5-10 minutes. It works and I can sleep. I can take it to work and do the same. Highly recommend

Oh my word. Of all the massagers that I have tried over the years. This is simply the best . Being cordless really makes a difference. The three speeds and different heads are great. I’m a paraplegic and in pain 24/7 and this really does help me especially with joint hand and shoulder pain! THANK YOU
