The media could not be loaded. Modern and innovative chandelier. Lots of light in the room and looks nice. But it was not easy to assemble and connect it. Glad to have bought this item.

We received our light on 3rd jan 2021 just as lockdown began and have only just managed to get an electrician into our home to install this to find the driver is faulty and the light isn’t working. This is extremely disappointing as we had to employ the electrician to carry this out only to find the product is faulty and no way to contact anyone as the time period as lapses through no fault of our own.

The main light unit is quick and easy to assemble.The mounting bracket is a little poorly thought out. 4 suspended bolts need hang through the bracket & when fitting the light module you need to align these through corresponding holes, with white bolt ends to hold it up. The problem is that the suspended bolts have a couple of nuts to hold them, but, it's awkward to get them properly tight & if loose the outer bolt is hard to secure because the screw turns. A little locktight was needed. The design would have been better if a bolt was fed upwards, through the light body, to then screw into some sliding bolts on the mount; similar to that for a wall plug socket or light switch.Once done, nice & bright.

Easy things first- really good lighting- A professional electrician installed it for us. and he didn't complain about any wiring or issues. so fairly good.- and it is good to look atHowever, the light gave up after 8 months or so (when they supposedly run for years and years). We got the electrician in. LED driver is burnt out completely from inside. Specs are so high (or so Im told), that I can't find it on any of stores (B&Q, Homebase, Screwfix). Also tried online (Amazon, ebay, google) and I can't find same specs anywhere.and I can't find a way to contact seller to see if they sell replacement LED drivers as well! and they have only 30 day return policy which means I am way out of that...Options :- Try to work out what other LED driver we can use and give it a tryOR- Throw this piece of junk away and get a new one .Recommendation :Try to stay away from this specific product. (Note to self: buy from store who can refund if such an issue happens).

We like the light. Not to difficult to assemble and install (though reading some of the other reviews I suspect it depends on how much practical experience you have).The down side: as a number of other reviewers have found, the driver packed up after 15 months.The saving grace: got in touch with Amazon and they offered a full refund straight away - no quibbling, in fact I didn't even have to ask. Top marks!The final verdict: Well, we have ordered a new one but will not be too surprised if fails (following which we will look elsewhere).

Not very happy I purchased this item in may 2021 . It’s suddenly stopped working .
