I love this hair dryer brush! I have really thick hair and usually it takes a really long time to dry my hair, but this brush does it pretty quickly! I also really love the different settings and the fact that it has a straightener/curler setting. It also comes with a European plug adaptor which was super useful for me when I traveled abroad recently. It’s also really nice how easy it is to use, with everything being in one instead of having to brush and blow dry like you do with a standard blow dryer. It’s been working exactly as it should, and it helps tame my hair which is usually pretty frizzy. Seems to be made really well and it very comfortable to use. I definitely recommend it!

Amazing product until it stopped working. I used this product several times a week for over 1 1/2 years. I have very thick, long hair and it made it so straight and silky. Unfortunately, it stopped working a few days ago. I heard a pop sound while using it then immediately smelled something burning. Even though I used the product for so long, I'm reluctant to buy another in fear it will just break too.

I purchased this product twice, and unfortunately both units failed. The first one burned out while I was using it abroad, even though I was using a proper voltage converter. That incident was genuinely scary — it overheated and stopped working abruptly, and it felt like a potential fire hazard. I decided to give it a second chance and repurchased it, but the second unit also burned out, this time in the United States, so voltage differences are clearly not the issue. When it worked, it did a nice styling job, but it did not last long, and given the way it failed, I do not consider it safe or good quality. A hair tool that overheats and burns out like this is risky, especially for travel use. For these reasons, I would not recommend this product.

Vowed I had blown up my last hair dryer in Rome last year so before my trip to Croatia in May I searched dual voltage brush dryers and found this one. A little more than I wanted to pay but it’s worth every penny. I used it in Dallas before my trip then with a turn of the enclosed screw driver switched it over to 240 for Europe. A plug adapter was also included. It’s very powerful and easy to use with the off on switch high on the handle near the brush. My hair was smooth and as straight or wavy as I wanted it. I got major compliments from the former hair stylist on our cruise. Great purchase and I highly recommend!! Now I want to use it all the time.

This hair dryer works fabulous! I bought it to use for a trip to Italy and it was perfect. I have used the Revlon one step volumizer for years but knew it would not work overseas. This was the perfect solution and it had easy instructions on how to switch voltage and included an adapter. The brush is lightweight and does a super job in styling hair. It takes a bit longer to dry your hair than the revlon but my hair actually looked better. I highly recommend this dryer!

I liked the product but it just stopped working! The handle gets super hot, no air comes out. I bought it 2 years + 3 weeks ago only. I haven't used it much the past 6 mo's so it doesn't last long is my point. I always clean out the hair and took great care of it. Read other reviews before purchasing. Maybe mine was just a lousy one, though I'm not buying it again.
