Doesn’t turn to powder
As far as a liquid eyeshadow goes, colours are nice but the product does not instantly turn into powder after application at all so if you mess up you’ll have to wash it off and start again

For the price very nice, but does get stuck in the creases of your eye.
Goes on well and very sparkly, stays on, but does get stuck in the creases so good to check and rub in again. Overall very good for the price.
