I purchased one for myself and my husband has also joined in on it use. We both agree it’s a great product. We purchased 3 more as Christmas gifts. All have sent back notes to us on how much they have used and enjoyed them in the short time. With a main emphasis on the additional heat option as a big plus. Our ages range from 35-77yrs old for the purchases but the grands in gymnastics & wrestling (12/15) have said they are using it for balance & core workouts. It’s also being used for post workout-tight sore muscles to sitting in a chair all day with it under the desk for restless legs. Our older one is seeing the lessening of swelling of lymphatic around the ankles and keeping the blood flowing from the vibration and additional warmth to their feet. A great device for many ages. The remote control on the wrist is a big plus for ease & convenience with automatic timer and program choices. The weight of the device makes it easily movable. The design of being compact is great but fits many foot sizes. Overall we feel this is a Great value for so many age levels. I have found this to be good for the geriatric age to help with the lymphatic & blow flow and not to harsh of a vibration. Some say it actually feels soothing to them. I’m personally excited Lifepro has made this an affordable device that so many can benefit from daily and added the heat function. These are our personal views & experiences. This device is solidly built and functions like a beast. I'd never used a vibration plate previously, so I was amazed at the power emanating from the Lifepro Waver Mini. It is not a small unit as the name might imply. I really wonder how big a "normal" sized vibration plate would be! After unboxing and reading through the manual, I was able to fire up the vibration plate right away. It is simple to use and the remote really contributes to the ease of use. The device is not loud, the rubber feet keep it from sliding around on my wood floor. I'll be rearranging desk so that I can have the vibration plate underneath for use while sitting and then for easy access when I want to pull it out to stand on it. The design facilitates easy transport, I can move it without issue. I used it for two 10 minute rounds today, the first day having it, and was delighted to feel some relief from back pain that I've been experiencing the last couple of days. I am 68 years old and purchased the unit primarily to help with lymphatic drainage. I can see how it will certainly improve circulation and am hopeful to see positive developments in that regard very soon. I've registered the unit and am very happy with my purchase.

This is a great product. Definitely well built. I juat started using it about 2 weeks ago, so its hard to say if it has positive impact on circulation, bone density, things of that sort. But it does feel really good! Its great after a workout to relax muscles and its nice if you are feeling stressed. At first level 1 seemed a bit intense, but I can already go up to level 10. Take it slow and listen to how your body feels. The resistance bands aren't a great length (maybe juat for me?) They are too loose to do just curls, but too tight to do overhead presses. Not because I cant do the work, but because the material literally doesn't stretch anymore. Honestly I go to thw gym, so I dont necessarily need it for a workout. I was trying to use it for balance and lymphatic drainage. After 2 weeks though, I find myself really wanting to do it every day because it just makes me feel good!

I absolutely love this plate! I’ve recommended it to my friends and family! I can’t even explain the difference it has made in my mobility. Also this has been amazing for my shoulder injury and my lower back pain.I also believe it has contributed to my weight loss, which is a plus. I cant wait to upgrade in the future when Im ready and try the rumblex, But as for me,, I love this mini waiver!! Best investment I’ve made and I actually can see the benefits…

This vibration plate is awesome. I actually bought the “like new” version to save a little money, and when it arrived I loved it immediately — super sturdy, powerful, and perfect for lymphatic drainage and muscle recovery. The only issue was that mine came without the remote. I reached out to Lifepro directly and WOW… their customer service is next level. They didn’t make me jump through hoops at all. They just confirmed my order info and shipped me a remote right away. Seriously refreshing to deal with a company that actually stands behind their products. As for the machine itself: • Great power for such a compact size • Helps with circulation and loosening tight muscles • Easy to store and doesn’t take over the room • Quiet enough to use without annoying everyone Overall — highly recommend the machine and the brand. Their support alone made me a Lifepro fan.

I am obsessed with this vibration plate. Great price for the value! The size is good for a smaller space. Super easy to use. My sister has the larger one and it’s about 4” wider- which I may like better, but happy with this purchase! I think this has been good for muscle recovery, cool down and relaxing. There is not a handle on this model which I would recommend if you have a mobility issue or balance problems but does have a slip resistant surface.

I have heard so many great things about vibration plates and had to try it for myself. This product is fantastic! Not too loud, includes instructions on how to start out and gradually increase and a remote. I use it for lymphatic drainage and muscle recovery. Highly recommend!
