I was a little frustrated with this product at start with as once assembled it rocked in level ground - kind of a problem - however I was after taking it to bits again I worked out it was to do with how tight you screwed the screws, it became less sturdy if you overtightened them - loosened them off and it is very sturdy. Probably a slight design floor as counter intuitive not to tighten them right up. Once up though our little one (2yr) has been getting involved in cooking and loves it

Really pleased with this product. It was easy to assemble, probably took half an hour max. My daughter is almost two and I feel confident that she’s safe enough stood in this. I haven’t noticed any issues with the paint coverage on mine, nor does it wobble like some of the reviews report. In terms of sturdiness it’s fine, it is fairly lightweight but it’s still strong. Very similar to my Stokke high chair in terms of what it’s made from and weight etc. Light enough to move easily around the kitchen but sturdy enough to feel safe. I did have an issue with one of the parts not fitting quite right so I emailed the seller and the customer service was fantastic. I emailed on a Sunday evening, not expecting a reply until Monday at least but they came back to me that evening and arranged to send a replacement out in the post ASAP. The part arrived as promised and was very well packaged to protect it in the post.

Looked at a lot of toddler towers and picked the StepupBaby primarily for its look - we have to have it in the kitchen all the time after all! It was easy to assemble and it’s nice and compact, but also feels very sturdy without having to have a large footprint to trip over in the kitchen. 2yo has already learnt how to get in and out by herself.

Absolutely great as a safe way for a toddler to be counter height. Paid a bit more for the grey version to match my highchairs and kitchen, but be warned it is not grey as pictured. See my pic next to my grey highchair, cabinets, and floors. It is more baby blue-grey. Disappointed about that.

It's lovely looking tower and sturdy however for the money paid I'm very disappointed in how easily it's scratched. I had bought this for my little girl's birthday so only just assembled it and within two weeks where she stands is all scratched. I wouldn't have expected this for the money paid. Definitely look elsewhere

Easily assembled from good packaging. Sturdy and fit for purpose. Safe product we have found very useful for both meal and play time.

Great product. Well made and my grandson loves being able to help. I love the fact he's safe.
