Brought back memories and flavours of my bygone days in the middle east
Excellent flavor. Have used it as topping on pies & garlic bread and even on an oven baked chicken recipe. The family, guests and neighbours are loving it. The only minor issue is that the texture is powdery and not grainy as I remember Zaatar to be. Even though.....great product

Not the correct texture of zaatar
The texture is in powder form which is not the correct way if having zaatar spice. And the flavour is not very fresh. Taste is little bitter.
