Does this come with a uk plug? ive heard if bought in the uk you might need a transformer?

Mine came with UK plug. If you buy it online from somewhere like Thomann or Bax, it may come with a Schuko to UK adaptor as their stock is usually for the German market.

USB Cable and Power Cable are included. XLR and other cables would need to be supplied by you.

Thus device is mainly for dual PC streaming with XLR type microphones. This is unnecessary if you are using a USB mic. In fact i don't think it will even connect to it. You need a capture card which you can use to capture both video and audio from your PS4 to the PC. Most capture cards come with their own capture software. You can then use that recorded footage to make videos. You would only use OBS or Xsplit if you are streaming.
