Bought this after reading information from Tim Ferris. Unfortunately it made me break out in spots after only a few days of using it. Presumably from the added biotin that is known to be comedogenic in some sensitive people. The actual product , capsules, packaging etc is all excellent, just a shame I cannot get on with this.
