The Copyeditor's Handbook: A Guide for Book Publishing and Corporate Communications

Written for the American market, nevertheless this handbook is replete with useful information for any (English language) would-be - or even established - copyeditors. It's a lengthy volume and I'm still getting through it, but it's not at all difficult to absorb. The writer clearly knows her stuff. I highly recommend this extremely useful resource.

This is an excellent resource for anyone starting out as a copy editor. It is well written and provides guidance on the various aspects of a copy editor's role, as well as a lot of explanation of grammar and punctuation.

Found it to be a very useful resource and easy to read. The production quality of the book is also impressive. If you are a writer or an editor, you will find this a very good addition to your library.

This came very fast but what a disappointment it was - a dirty book with weird black stains all over, and back cover corner was folded over. This was supposed to be present but gifting this to anyone would be an insult. I requested a replacement book immediately after seeing this mess. I'm praying that the replacement book will be in a better condition.

It was just what I needed to thrive.

Loved this book! It was very helpful and thorough. It is a great book to use when I need to look up something fast. It is organized well and had everything I needed in it.
