Healthier longer hair and nails in weeks
I have been taking these for almost two months now and I absolutely noticed a change in my nails and hair growth. As someone who has thyroid/Hashimoto’s my hair took a long time to grow back when I cut it and my nails are brittle so I started taking these biotin 10,000mg and my hair and nails are longer, thicker and healthier since taking them. Cheap but very good
I’ve noticed great results since I started taking this biotin. It’s strong, affordable, and the pills are small and easy to swallow. My nails have improved the most, and my hair has grown a lot too, though I also use other hair growth products

I have a subscription for these,they are fantastic. My nails,skin and hair have never grown healthier. I've been using this product for well over 10 years. My nails grow within 2 weeks, hair is so shiny,full,soft and constantly receiving compliments on how beautiful my long hair is. As for my skin, im 52, people's faces drop when I mention my age. in general biotin is a great supplement, for nails hair and skin, it does take time for a vitamin to be effective, will not work in next day or next week, but also depends on your body, I prefer to the 12.000 mcg but this one is particular have a faster release, this gives my hair a bit more alive looking side, you have to be consistent if you are taking it, I stopped taking it for a few months and my hair thinned a bit
