Without a doubt the best purchase I have ever made. Due to renal failure and not wanting to go on dialysis I have been experiencing nausea and gout. Within a week of starting this probiotic my gout symptoms cleared up. This has drastically improved the quality of life. I know this is relatively expensive but if you can swing the high upfront cost of ordering 3 bottles at a time the cost comes down significantly. If you are considering this I would recommend ordering ASAP, this comes directly from the manufacturer and shipping is slower than typical Amazon products. In my case because of the slow shipping time I actually ran out before receiving my reorder.

I have never had any issues with my gut but had some early mild abnormal kidney function tests so decided to try this overly priced product after all the online hype (which I now believe was generated by the company itself.) The only thing it did for me was to cause extreme gas and very loose stools that were ongoing day and night. I am furious that I allowed myself to be taken in by this expensive product that caused problems which were never there before.

I was so sad when I saw my eGFR was at 58. This was in June 2025. I heard 2 different people on YouTube talk about Renadyl so I decided to try it. I just did my blood work, December 2025, and my eGFR is now 63 so it works. I only take it once a day with my dinner.
