I give these keychains as gifts for kidney donors or recipients. They last forever and the color stays on year after year. Very sturdy. A great purchase.

It is a nice metal keychain that has not faded yet. The thing that makes me love this keychain has nothing to do with the chain. I got this for my mom on her 2nd year on dialysis after her kidneys failed. Being a diabetic myself I could not donate, so I got her this in hopes to make her feel better. Two weeks later she got her call that a donor had been found.

My niece is waiting for a Pancreas and kidney transplant. I thought by giving her a kidney (keychain) for a christmas present it would cheer her up. And that it did. She shows it off to everyone. especially her health care providers. She is still waiting for a transplant please find it in your heart to become a doner please.

This item was actually much better quality than I thought it would be. My daughter was very happy with it. It was sturdy/heavy/thick. Good quality and I do not feel that it will tarnish quickly.
