Finally a product that's works!! I have 4c hair, which I call straight from Africa type of hair. But this hair work really well and I can manage my hair from day to day. I love it!!!!!

Didn't like the product made my dry hair more dry. I wanted to like this so much after she gave good reviews in her book. 1-10 I give it a 2.

I wanted sooooo much to like this product. When I first discovered Heather's (Neno Natural) YouTube channel, I thought, "Yes, there is my hair sister!" Plus I really enjoyed her videos and wanted to support her anyway I could. Our hair appeared the same with the same issues, however, this product did not help me with maintaining moisture. I tried it alone, with products, with co-washing/water only washing and after a clarifying shampoo. The only time I retained moisture was when I used oils with the leave-in. Alone, however, the conditioner was unfortunately not for me. On the flip side, one benefit with this conditioner is that it provides MAJOR slippage. It was so easy to detangle my hair. All in all, I will finish the conditioner, but I probably won't by it again since I am looking for THE CONDITIONER that will retain moisture without me having to concoct my own formula because that defeats the purpose of buying a product. (FYI: I pure "Nigerian blooded" with thick 4C/Z hair --- if you are into the hair system).
