Q: One of the comments claimed that the company could not verify that the coating is ceramic. Can you confirm this?

On the front of the product instructions it says, "eco-friendly ceramic coating" I have other ceramic coated cooking products, and this does appear to be the same except that it is a dark color instead of white. It releases food wonderfully just like my other ceramic cooking products.
