40 Years of Excellence – Still the Best Glue for Metal Miniatures!
My Experience: I have been using Zap-A-Gap for 30 to 40 years, and it remains my absolute go-to for metal tabletop game miniatures. In an industry where many products come and go, this is one of the few that has consistently outperformed everything else on the market. Whether you are assembling pewter, white metal, or resin, its reliability is unmatched. Why I like this product: Perfect for Metal Bonding: Metal-to-metal joins can be tricky, but this glue creates a rock-solid bond that holds up even during heavy gameplay. Superior Gap Filling: Because it has a medium viscosity, it doesn’t just run everywhere like thin super glues. It fills the small imperfections and gaps often found in metal casts, ensuring a seamless finish. Forgiving Positioning Time: It gives you about 7–10 seconds to get the alignment just right before it sets. This is crucial for posing miniatures or attaching small, fiddly parts. Versatile and Durable: I’ve found that it even works on oily or less-than-perfect surfaces, which is a huge plus for older metal models that might have mold release residue. Final Verdict: If you are a hobbyist looking for a glue that has stood the test of time, look no further. It is fast-acting, gap-filling, and incredibly strong. For metal miniatures, it’s simply the industry standard.

Comes in clutch
So, if you are trying to have long natural nails for your wedding and at the last minute need to glue your own fingernail back on - this will work really really well. (Regular superglue and nail glue will not) Dries quickly and is a surprisingly strong hold. I have found many more conventional uses for it.

Put chapstick on threads before replacing cap.
I've been using Zap-a-Gap for years to close painful cracks on my hands in the winter. I put a single drop on a paper matchstick to apply. When done using it, I apply a bit of chapstick to the threads & tip of nozzle. Always keep it stored upright. This will last quite a long time when storing properly! It's also great for repairs.

Instant Glue
works like a charm, bonds plastic instantly so use caution on large pieces. No accelerant needed. Make sure the lid is secured in place. It needs to be sealed properly after opening. It will dry or spill fairly easily. Work time is 1-3 minutes (room temperature 78-80 fahrenheit) ambient

This stuff is amazing but a bit tricky to work with
I have a very large collectible action figure of Superman, flying over his fortress of solitude where the figure is only connected to the heavy base through a peg on the leg. Inside the peg is metal fortunately but the plastic completely broke apart around it, risking the figure falling out and also causing it to not sit properly. The figure is very heavy and there’s a lot of torque on the crumbled plastic pieces. I was trying to glue together, so I held a little hope this would work, but incredibly the glue held like steel. You do have to be extremely cautious with it because it is is thin of liquid as water and is very hard to get off of it. It touches, including your hands, so gloves and a safe work surface are advised. In these images, you will see that the mount looks a little rough, but again consider it was literally crumbled. Plastic pieces barely held on to the inner steel reinforcement before using the glue. It’s rock solid now, and I used a red marker to color it up a bit. Amazing glue!

Works well
Does the job. Not sure it's better than superglue tho. But if you tend to superglue your fingers together this is nice because you can wear it away with water

Best Glue Ever
There aren’t a lot of things that I would recommend without reservation… but Zap-a-gap glue is one of them. After years of using whatever crappy superglue you could get at Walmart, gorilla glue, or whatever… I have found something that actually works. On anything I’ve tried it on. Every time. If I had a complaint, it’s that it bonds too well too quickly. So be careful. But man, it just keeps things together. Plastic. Metal. Wood. Anything I’ve tried it on.

Amazing!
I love this glue! I work with glass and use this all the time. For you glass fusers, it does fire off in the kiln. It works to adhere most anything.

Fantastic tool for guitar repair work and much cheaper than other, similar brands. Easy to use and control, and cures relatively quickly on it's own. Postage was much faster than expected too.

This is an excellent CA glue. Great bond strength and it gives you a bit of time to position parts. Bottle and cap design will keep the glue liquid if the bottle nozzle and cap is kept clean. Works great on 3D printed PLA parts, wood, cardboard, and some metals if the finish is roughed up with sandpaper. Also styrenic and acrylic plastics if roughed up. CA glue will not glue polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, or acetal plastic with good bond strength.
