The quality is very good even though it is a bit expensive.

Cap is very lose. It does not fit at all. Since its lose it’s not insulated as well. It’s not leakproof and not travel friendly

Nice and very handy product. Apt size. Can keep sipping hot or cold fdrinks slowly. As said in the other reviews also, the cap is loose, so company may redesign the cap such that it fits snugly.

Not suitable as a travel mug
The lid does not have a spill capping and the loose rubber gasket make the lid to pop-off on its own. The capacity is perfect for a cup of joy. Only suitable for office desk if you are constantly pulled away from your tea.

Top notch fit, finish and usability.
Reviewing after 2 years. Holds the temperature for 3-4 hrs easily if lid is closed and cup is full. Half empty with lid closed-30 mins hold time. Fit and finish is top notch.

Too expensive, but quite nice. But do not wait for 5 hours for your coffee to stay warm.

WASTE OF MONEY
DISAPPOINTING WASTE OF MONEY there were so many good review abt this item . So I ordered but it is not up to the mark .. the lid has very bad rubber seal.. it doesn’t even close properly, every time I use it the coffee get spilled..
