It is definitely worth it. It's heavy very durable. It can be used. I love The rustic look. I do recommend it if you're into teapots this is one of the best ones I've had.

This is a very good cast iron teapot for the price with the accompanying trivet. I've had a lot of fun brewing Green Tea and Yerba Mate with it.

I was looking for a teapot (not necessarily a kettle) & I got both in one item. Because it's metal, it can't be used in the microwave (sigh), but heats up nicely on the stovetop. I mean if you are having tea, you can't really hurry anyway. It has a little plate to keep the hot teapot from burning your tabletop surface. It's small enough to put on an end table next to your comfy chair. It makes 2 cups of tea (anymore and you'll float away). I love the infuser/strainer insert for loose leaf tea because it keeps the tea leaves from getting into the drinkable tea better than other infuser/strainers I have. The twine keeps the handle from burning you but the lid doesn't have a similar protection. I love the design, the color. I'm using it everyday! Love it!

Beautiful little pot, but only big enough for two small cups of tea

We love herbal tea, so of course this tra put is perfect for us. It looks beautiful on the kitchen counter and on the table and it keeps the herbal taste clean of other flavors due to the material it's made from.This size is small - fit to 3 cups exactly.

I purchased this tea kettle to infuse my cannabis tea. A gem to have!!! It seeps well and the handleIs firm! The tea kettle is in my opinion extremely sturdy and I can’t wait to mix more blends!
