Love the low weight. Easily gained 2pmh from the rear 700c tube replacement alone. Pedaling is amazingly much simpler and it feels like more power transfers to the road.Bought two 16" for my trike's from wheels. One is perfect but the other lost 20psi in two days. The great thing is that these folks stand behind their product and they sent me a replacement no charge.Because of their low-mass approach, the Presta valve is a little trickier to fill than an old rubber tube. Not a negative, just a comment.If you've never tried one of these ultra light tubes, you should. Ignore your mind monkeys saying "but how much is it?" and give it a go. I'm sure your legs will thank you.

I carried this around for a year until I needed it in the middle of nowhere this weekend. With two tires full of thorns I had run out of patches and needed a spare tube. I pulled it out, installed it in the wheel, pumped it up, and all the air came right back out again. There was no core in it, No Core, NO CORE!So I had to ride 18 miles with a flat tire. The tube worked its way out and wrapped around the electrical connectors on my dynamo hub, destroying them.. So now I have to buy a new $300 wheel.DO NOT BUY
