When I first wrote my review I was so upset about the shipping/packaging (or lack of packaging) that I never did get around to saying what I thought about the product itself. WELL!! Let me correct that now! After using this kit for a couple of months now, I can with all the stars I can use (8 STAR RATING from me!) give the kit a huge thumbs up. Actually, I don't know how I managed without it for so long. I have had trouble getting my shoes and socks on for a while now. The 'sock put-er-on-er-thingie' is beyond wonderful. For me, that was well worth the price all by itself! The long-handled shoehorn is my next go-to item. Before I put the back washer sponge in my tub, it even came in handy for killing a spider I could not reach! BTW, it works well for backwashing, too. Yep, This was definitely a very good investment for me!!

Excellent kit for broken left leg or hip

Am using this after my hip replacement. Great shoe horn. Good sock putter onner. The grabber could be more agile but works fine. I wish it had a better magnet and attached to my walker more reliably. The sponge isn’t absorbent enough.

My husband had neck surgery and needed these things to recover, the nurse said to go online and order on Amazon because it was cheaper than from hospital. The kit has more than you need but works great and good quality

Ideal for hip and knee surgeries

I had hip replacement surgery & would never have made it when I came home from the hospital without this kit, especially the "reacher." I never realized how many times I dropped items until I could no longer bend down to pick something up off the floor, or put on a shoe, or jeans, etc. The other items help but the "reacher" is a must until you heal.

This set partially worked for my 100 year young parent. When we tried to clamp the grab/reach bar to the walker, the clip broke. The sock helper was too difficult for them to assemble the sock on, and needed better dexterity in order to work it properly. The shoe horn is great and the bath sponge on a handle is great. I can see someone of a younger age having an easier time with the sock helper.

Wonderful collection of products for someone with knee or hip surgery or any mobility issues we seem to get after a certain age!!
