I have a Buick Encore. For some bizarre reason, there is no center console armrest. Only the driver’s seat has a small flip-down armrest - the passenger side has no armrest for the left arm. And there is no aftermarket option for an armrest provided by Buick. How dumb is that? For that reason I hated being a passenger in my own car, if my husband was driving. It just wasn’t comfortable. This car armrest did the trick! It is much more pleasant to be a passenger in my car now. It slides right between the seat and cup holder and is adjustable so you can raise the height to the perfect level. I was honestly thinking of getting rid of my perfectly good car until I found this solution. Comfort is so important!

Expect it to come apart when you pull to remove it. Cheaply made but functional. The adjust ment locks prevent it from going down and nothing prevents it from pulling out of holder.

The armrest does a good job and is easy to install. The compartment is ok for a few small things, but won't hold my GPS for instance. I have to remove it every time I want to engage or disengage the emergency break, so driving on a daily basis I do not use the armrest. It does work ok as an armrest and I use it for trips where I will be driving non-stop for over about 2 hours. Otherwise it is a hassle.

this works well for our CX5 where the factory rest is too far back to be useable. I also like the extra storage place for my phone.This was easy to install but adjusting it is a little more difficult, and it does make it a little more difficult to fasten the seat belt and reach the drink holders.I would recommend this over other options I tried.

My husband drives his vehicle long distances every week. And this has given him a layer of comfort he did not have before. Drives a Ford 250 pickup and the seat is so wide This provides him an armrest on each side. And he loves it not a gimmick.

With cars and trucks designed for wider and taller people, smaller ones just have too much space to put their elbows on the rest. I love this. I am able to drive my car with comfort.

The arm rest seems to be comfortable and convenient. However, it did not fit well in my car. It is a smaller model.

We have a Volvo which is so comfortable but as the driver, I felt the built in armrest was too far back and low. This does the trick and looks nice.
