Lightweight for the kind of unit it is, but it is perfect for me, especially now with rehab for knee replacement. It stores easily, no noise, easy to assemble anf though I've only had it for a few days, it feels sufficiently solid for the kind of biking I'll do. For elders and shut ins, it is a great accessory fitness tool with many options to record time, etc. The resistance knob is easy to use for adding or reducing resistance. All in all, I think it's a great buy for the money.

Easy to assemble. Very lite in weight and easy to carry or move. I use it when I’m watching tv or on my phone. I especially like using it to wind down before bedtime. I have a hard time going to bed and falling asleep.

Pros: It shipped fast(the second time around), it was easy to set up, it feels decently heavy, the resistance is really good, and I genuinely get my heart rate up from using it, which I wasn't expecting. I also don't have any problems with banging my legs on the under side of the desk, but I am only 5'3. I suspect if you're 5'10 or taller, you may have issues. I have it strapped (it comes with a strap) to my office chair, on wheels, the wheels do not lock and the bike still works well enough for a workout. Cons: The bike has a hard time not slipping and sliding left to right as you're pedaling. I plan on getting a non-slip mat to go under it, but I feel like if it needs one, it should have came with one in the first place. It comes with an 'exercise mat' which is very short, clearly meant to go under the bike since it's only the length of the bike and not a full length exercise mat. It does not work at all under it, slips even more on the mat than without it, it's just supposed to protect your floors. If it was non-slip, it could do both. You can't use the resistance bands and the bike at the same time, they get in the way of the pedals...so what's the point? They sent me the wrong item first and I had to return that item, then re-order the bike, and by then it had gone up in price by $30 and I'm still salty about that. Tips: I had really bad slipping and sliding left to right until I read about 'how' to use an exercise bike, basically to point your toes forward, which did help with the left to right slipping.

Had a cheaper model that was stiff, noisy, the Life Pro is the absolute greatest I've ever tried. You won't be sorry, it's smooth, I mean you can't hear pedalling noise at all. The different levels you can use to make it harder is great, I started out easy & after just a week, I'm at more difficulty.. I use mine almost every day while watching TV and I just love mine. Got the blue. The arm bands are a big plus & will use more as time goes on..Will really keep your arms in shape!! The only 1 negative I can tell you is that it is very heavy, I have to move mine to be able to pedal, as I don't have the room to keep it in the same space. So I have to carry it a short distance ( it has a really nice handle built right on top) every time I use it. It doesn't take up much space, nice & compact. No worries! Best purchase !

Easy to assemble. Quality parts and looks like it will last. Great to use while watching TV in the evenings and doesn't distract from the show. Really like this, also has a band to connect it to the chair so that it doesn't slide. Very pleased with this product.

I had to contact them to figure out how to install the batteries. It is deceiving/not obvious, but you carefully grip the sides of the READOUT section above the resistance setting dial and lift straight out and insert into the battery slots within. I really enjoy using it, but if you have large feet/shoes, you may not want to attach the pedal straps that may not give you enough room to slide your feet unto the pedals. I am still rebuilding strength and stamina in my legs after a car accident last Feb 20233 and this is an affordable and comfortable way to start until my recovery is further along. It is so convenient. You can sit on most chairs, sofas, etc. and peddle away and use the two arm bands to keep you arms in good shape, too. It is great when it's too hot or cold to maintain your regimen outside when the temperature or rain/snow make it less than optimum. Perfect for us older adults with limitations.

I’m using it for shoulder therapy for a torn rotator cuff. It has an electronic display but I was disappointed that the display only shows one value at a time. It turns smoothly which I wasn’t expecting comparing it to the professional machine I use at physical therapy. I supplement my physical therapy with this machine at home. It is very well built. I gave it 4 stars because of the display. I haven’t tried pedaling for legs yet so I can’t comment on that.

My husband really likes this. He’s a senior citizen so it’s very easy for him to do while he’s sitting I would highly recommend it.

I'm extremely pleased with this product! For the past couple of years, I've had limited or no access to any regular form of exercise. As a result, my body - particularly my legs - had reached a stage where I was virtually unable to even walk more than 50 to 100 yards without my legs cramping up, resulting in having to stop and rest - sometimes for lengthy periods - before being able to proceed another 50 yards or more. Since purchasing the FLEXCYCLE PLUS I've been amazed at how simple it is to use and how quickly I've been able to gradually regain the strength and stamina that my body had lost during the past few years. The unit was easy to assemble, takes up very little space (I actually have mine beneath my coffee table and use it while sitting on the couch - watching T.V.!). It's quiet while operating, is very sturdy and extremely well made. I now use it on a daily basis and also enjoy the resistance bands, which are beneficial for regaining strength in my arms, shoulders and upper body. Overall, I highly recommend this device for anyone seeking a smaller scale workout as an alternative to fitness clubs, exercise studios or some of the extremely high-priced home exercise equipment currently being marketed.

A great way to exercise both legs and arms while sitting on the couch and watching TV. Love the product, we just need to find a proper non-slipping mat. #lifeprousa

I love how compact this exercise bike is and its very quiet. It was super easy to put together only took a few minutes, just 2 support bars and 2 pedels. Its very sturdy. I havent downloaded the display yet, when i do i will update my review. Great value for the price. I am extremely happy with it. I recommend this bike its perfect. Delivery was super fast. Thank you

Je suis très satisfaite de la qualité du produit, le Flexcycle Plus est très silencieux et assez lourd pour ne pas bouger lors de l'utilisation. Facile à assembler, les pièces s'ajustent bien. Nous avons fait l'achat suite à la référence de notre belle-fille qui a une ataxie et qui doit faire de l'exercice pour garder une certaine autonomie de ses jambes, elle était très satisfaite de son achat, nous avons essayé le sien et avons décidé d'en aacheter nous aussi. Ça fait seulement quelques jours que nous l'avons reçu alors je ne peux pas en dire plus pour l'instant mais je recommande sans hésitation pour la qualité du produit.
