I've become a fan of curved monitors
I needed a new external monitor since I work from home. I'm not a gamer nor creative professional. My work mostly involves Microsoft Office products, like word, excel, outlook. I also in a lot of virtual meetings. My two biggest requirements were a large screen and high resolution. I often have multiple windows open & wanted to easily fit 3 or 4 windows to work on simultaneously on the monitor.Crisp picture quality was also important. Fuzzy text is so distracting. And since I'm on the computer all day, looking at low resolution text is just an eye sore.I'm very pleased with the 32" 4K monitor I bought. The picture quality is excellent enough that I've also doubled the monitor to stream movies. The built in speakers are also decent. I like that it's versatile to use for office work & streaming movies. The build of the monitor is solid. The base is very sturdy. It's pretty heavy, but I like that. I'd rather it be solid & heavy than need to worry about it tipping over.It does not pivot to portrait, but that's fine for me because I only want to use it in landscape position anyway. It can't securely packaged. And was very easy to set up, practically plug & play. This is my first curved monitor, & I took a chance on it after reading that curved monitors are more ergonomic. And I can attest that it is. Nothing looks weird or warped or distorted due to the curve. Everything on the screen looks clear & easily viewable when sitting in the center of the screen; I hardly have to move my head. But that doesn't mean you have to sit in the center. Everything on the screen is just as easy to view/read when you're at an angle from the center of the monitor.I've been using it for almost a month. No problems. Came with all the necessary cables.I've also attached it to my MacAir & my Dell laptop. The external monitor works equally well with both. That was the true test; if this monitor wasn't compatible with my MacAir, I would've returned it.This monitor is a great value for the price. I did alot of research. For the size of the screen & picture quality, this monitor is excellent! You'll find way more expensive ones that aren't as good. This is a great buy.

Two curved monitor setup--pro's and con's
Ordered two 32" monitors to place side-by-side, replacing a similar setup with two (Samsung) 32" flat monitors. Overall this has produced a more useable viewing space as the peripheral areas of the screen are now much clearer in peripheral vision and require less head turning. The thin borders allow this to be effectively a large screen. [I prefer two screens instead of one big one because I do alot of screen sharing, for which the latter isn't conducive.] Overall I'm pleased with the performance. I would give this 4.5 stars because of the following:Issues with these monitors include:-Height and adjustment. You must place these on a monitor stand, or you'll be gazing down and will destroy your neck! Even then the height adjustment is slim. At the highest height position for me at 5'10" these are just high enough to be ergonomically correct. Dell should know better and have a much larger range of height adjustment!-Two different monitors. One is clearly new, the other used and refurbished. OK, I bought from Amazon and knew this is possible. Two different sets of packaging, different instructions, and even different cables.-Resolution and Glare. The resolution is very good, but some of the letters in Windows 11 appear very thin compared with flat screen. The glare on the screen is very high, especially from ambient and background light. I had to end up closing the blinds in the windows behind my desk to minimize glare; didn't have this issue with flat screen monitors.-Speakers. The speaker works on each monitor, but if you use a combined two monitor display, only one speaker can work--producing mono sound. Basically it's a waste.-HDR. If you use this feature, programs like Fences (which displays and organizes folders on the desktop) don't display properly. Another useless feature, especially if not using this monitor for gaming.

Great monitor, but don't pair it with Apple computers.
The monitor is fantastic. I really like the curved style.I got the monitor to pair with an Apple mini desktop computer. The new iMac has a smaller monitor than before, and my older iMAC is no longer supported (grrrr) by Apple with updates, etc.. The Dell monitor costs a small fraction of the 27" Apple Retina monitor, and while it's 4k compared to the 5k resolution of the Retina, it's still great resolution, and I was looking forward to larger text and images on the Dell. Didn't happen! Apple's drivers for 4k monitor result in tiny fonts on the display (even when you select large fonts), much smaller than Apple provides on the 5k Retina. So while I was looking forward to bigger font due to lower resolution on a bigger screen. It isn't happening. Bottom line: the Dell monitor is really great, but I'm VERY disappointed in Apple as they cold fix this issue.
