I originally purchased the memory foam version sans cooling gel in 2017. I suffer from terrible back and neck pain due to both a car accident and bad spine genetics. I easily spent 50+ hours a week at my desk using this pillow for 7 years and only last week did it deflate to the point where I decided it was time for a new one. I originally purchased the ComfiLife Gel Enhanced Seat Cushion. It sucked so much compared to my former Kieba Coccyx Seat Cushion!!! So much so that I literally went to Amazon and purchased this new Kieba one within one hour of using that one. I sighed with relief when the Kieba Coccyx Seat Cushion with Cool Gel arrived and found it was just as good as the old one but EVEN BETTER because the cooling gel actually makes it not get too hot after hours of sitting. 100000/10 would recommend, I look forward to the future years with my Kieba cushion!!! :)

It's providing much-needed support. It's the best gel product I have tried.

The company is friendly and pro-active in their customer satisfaction, but I am having a hard time 100% getting behind the productAt first I thought they were quite the durable pieces, and they are indeed quite tough. However, I picked up the cushion and realized that there was a massive tear, right down the middle. The gel seems to be intact, but the foam itself is torn in half. I'm not sure it compromises the pillow's integrity, but it's ripped nonetheless. The case of the pillow is also incredibly tight. It was an incredible struggle to just unzip, and when zipping it back up again, I tore one of the corners. Again, it's still intact, and ironically enough, it's so tight, you wouldn't even notice there is a tear unless you were looking for it, because it pulls the fabric together again. This could me being nitpicky or over-analyzing, but my guess is that the tightness of the cover is what caused the tear.In terms of comfort, it's better than nothing. I wouldn't suggest this if you have a pre-existing condition, as the material is very dense and tough, but if you are looking for something to make, say, an office chair better, I couldn't recommend it more. It nails the support aspect, no doubt. And, for extended sitting, I'm genuinely not sure if it's possible to have better sustained comfort, simply because I haven't owned enough of these pillows. However, it is difficult to properly relax, as the cushion is simply that tough. If it weren't for the tears, this would be a 4/5 review, and if it were someone softer, without compromising the cushion, it would be a 5/5 for sure.

I tried this seat cushion as I am having so back soreness and stiffness. When driving my hamstring of my driving leg was sore and tight. Using the cushion has made a big difference. I also have used it for a chair for inside the house if I am going to be sitting for a long time.It is not a 100 % remedy but does make a difference. As far as this brand. It seems quality made. Its winter now so I dont know how it will be in the summer as far as sweating. But the cover itself looks breathable. Overall very satisfied so far.One other note . I am not tall but you have to adjust your car seat due to the added height if the cushion. We have two cars in the household. My car is fine. The other one the seat no matter how I try it my head is at the roof of the car. This would be with any cushion.

I got this product as a gift for my mother for her birthday as she has several back problems and sitting for any period of time in an uncushioned seat causes her great pain and discomfort. I’m extrordinarily satisfied with this product. Immediately my mother found sitting in chair, like those in waiting rooms at doctors offices, much less painful and more comfortable. She can't however use it in the car, but that’s just because she’s tall rather than the cushion itself. I’d say that’s the only shame, if you’re over 5’9 and looking for a cushion specifically for the car something a inch or so thinner might work better. I also had an experience when receiving this product that I was first disappointed by, but soon found myself happier than ever by it. When I received my cushion it happened to have a faulty zipper. I contacted the seller honestly not really expecting much. I expected I’d probably have a hassle and the seller want the cushion or case returned first, or have to pay some amount for a replacement. To my surprise however, the seller was extrordinarilg kind! I explained my situation and they apologized profusely for what had happened, and without question or hesitation sent me a replacement cover that I recieved without delay in two days time. I’ve never had such great customer service from an online seller! And ever since I’ve had no issue with the cushion or the case. I’d DEFINETLY recomend this product both for its superior quality aswell as amazing customer support for anyone looking for a seat cushion!
