I take them periodically for a few years. Can feel the effect. Reduces the flashes, and cramps.

Great vitamins
I ran out of these vitamins and thought I could live without them. I hadn’t realized how much they’d been helping until I stopped taking them. Really help with mood swings and virtually stop hot flashes and night sweats.

Relieves hot flashes but not all the way. Not enough for me to keep taking it. Beware no refunds available if you decide to stop taking it and receive a full unopened box of it.

These really worked!!
I don't usually write a review but being a woman at 51 suffering from terrible hot flashes i feel its extremely important to share my experience on these vitamins. After starting these vitamins my hot flashes and night sweats COMPLETELY STOPPED! I can't believe how this simple otc vitamin worked. I hope all women who are suffering with menopause can get the same outcome with using these. I feel so much better. Thank you One-a-day!!!
