No. It’s not meant for dogs. It’s for herbivores pets like rabbits Guinea pigs, hamsters etc. It’s meant as temporary food replacement for sick animals. These are highly concentrated nutrients in powder form. Had very bad experience with vendor as they were unable to deliver the product even after 1 month of prepaid payment. Safe to opt for COD if considering purchase. I am afraid for your specific requirement for Rottweiler, I am not sure If Oxbow Is providing feeds.
