The quality just isn’t that great... 1. One of the black ball like pieces has a hard/sharp piece of material sticking out of it. 2. The roller frequently locks up and quits rolling so you have to stop what you are doing and fix it 3. The bottom half with the rose quarts frequently come unscrewed. I am always having to retighten it.Does feel nice on the face when it works.

I love this product. Since using it, my double chin is all but gone. I use it twice a day on my neck, chest and face. The crepey skin on my chest is much improved and has helped with the fine lines on my face. I like it so much that I bought 2, one for my bedroom vanity and one for the bathroom. Not sure what happened for the ones with bad reviews but both of mine have been perfect. I would totally recommend.

This thing is legit. I never write reviews and I’ve tried other facial massage tools/ Gua sha. This tool is by far the best I’ve ever used. It feels amazing and you can use it anywhere you have built up tension. I’m obsessed , but it!

I absolutely love my Remi! I use it to massage the tension out of my neck and shoulders and it brings me so much relief! Especially great since I work at my laptop all day. I also use it at night after my serums and oils. Definitely recommend!

I bought this roller for my wife after seeing an ad for this. She tried it out and she likes it! Feels comfortable and cool on the skin. Also has a very cute look. Great gift for anyone interested in skincare!

Absolutely love this so far! I use it every morning and evening and it is so relaxing. Once a day I add my favorite facial oil for extra relaxation. I highly recommend this.

It is easy to use it, I love how cold feels when I’m dolling it over my face. It is super cute! But the only thing I can complain about is the Quartz Gua Sha it does feel like fake! Is not cool so I’m not interested in using it!

I was impressed with the packaging and the item felt nice, durable like it will last a long time. Love the rose quartz end to massage eye cream around my eyes and the other end gave me a good massage on my face and neck. So far, I'm completely satisfied. I recommend this product!

Listen, I love skincare and since the first lockdown I've been even more obsessed.I already am a big fan of the rolling jade/rose quartz face massager and guasha techniques. But this one takes a little to getting used to.Mine came with one of the little stones loose, but I don't really mind it as I glued it back on and works just the same.I've been using it eveyday for about 3-4 weeks and I haven't noticed any significant lifting but I do notice the radiance and glow it gives my skin right after using it. It's a another cool gadget to include in a self-care skincare routine.

Product arrived in a very nice packaging - it can definitely make a lovely gift. I’ve been using it for nearly a week now. Skin looks more glowing and feels tighter. The roller feels so relaxing, I love to use it during my nighttime skin care routine. I’ll recommend it to my friends.

Had this for a couple of weeks now, nice and cooling on the skin, not sure if it is actually doing anything but feels relaxing! Thought the stones would feel more prominent, so not as massaging as I’d hoped, but very easy to use, no tugging of the skin.

It feel fragile as the mechanism inside is loose to allow for the roll but I feel like it’s about to break. Not been using it a week yet so feel it’s too soon to tell a difference
