I purchased this laptop for work and, I must say that my experience with this laptop has been nothing short of exceptional.One of the first things that struck me was the laptop's impeccable condition. First off, I was very surprised removing it from the packaging, because the laptop is extremely light. I use a 5450 (a comparable previous gen Dell model) for work, and that one is way heavier. Second, it looks like no one had ever used or even touched this laptop (though of course it has been, at least for its setup). Third, once I got it up and running I checked the battery health/expected battery life, and the battery appears to be new as well. I saw that some people in their reviews mentioned getting a unit with touch screen, but I didn't expect that and didn't receive one, which is fine by me because that's not in the product description (though that would have been a pretty cool bonus, it's not necessary in a laptop, really).Solid-feeling keyboard (way better than my Dell 5450 work laptop or my wife's XPS 13), good display (I don't know what the person who said it has a narrow viewing angle was on, because it doesn't. It's just a normal decent laptop screen), excellent performance (though the 256GB ssd really isn't nearly enough space long-term. I am getting-- and recommend-- a larger NVME ssd). The processor is more than enough for just about everything besides gaming (I haven't tested any games yet).Oh, and because some of the user questions, other Amazon listings, and even the world-at-large seem confused about it: yes the screen is 1080p. I had been a tiny bit worried about this so I was pleased to find out that it is.So that's it. The laptop seems totally new, it's fast, and battery life is great (so far). Upgrade to an NVME drive when you get the chance. Overall, especially at this (honestly) bizarrely low price, I highly recommend buying.

The laptop has tons of features that I will probably not use. It showed up perfectly packaged, and like brand new. I was really impressed as to how it looked and tried my best to find something wrong with it. I spent one whole day putting it through every test I could think, and could not find anything wrong besides maybe the battery life. With that said the battery may or may not be an issue. I have never owned a laptop, so I don't know what to judge on. I have checked the battery and it says health is OK, but acts like it has issues. I will continue to check, but after several charges, and many uses the battery does seem to be an issue. However, a new battery seems to only be $100, and not hard to change. So, this will not be a game changer. If I have to change the battery, I will still be absolutely happy with this purchase. The laptop is great, and even with a battery change, I won't be anywhere near the cost of what this laptop sells for new. Not to mention, I thought this would be a 2022 laptop, and a 2023 is what i received. So, if I have to install a battery, so what. It may take 20 minutes to install new battery, and have a great laptop.

All I can say is DO NOT order a Refurbished Computer from this company! Renew Tronics. Issues from the Minute i turned it on. Lost sound and reached out to company. First by Phone contact provided, which they do not answer and you cant leave a message, Then by Email.Days later i did get a reply and unless you a computer repairman it was no help. Had to take computer to a repair facility to fix problem and cost me $105 all said and done never mind my lost time fuel etc. Within a week of sound issue being fixed the computer screen started blinking rapidly and then the computer would shut down instantly. Loose all pages as well as my work I was performing. Reached out for the second time to Renew Tronics and after a few days I did receive a reply stating I need to send computer back for them to Inspect. My Out of pocket expense to return their faulty computer. At that point I reached out to Amazon customer support and they told me sorry we cant help you and you need to contact seller. Even tho Amazon was the middle man of the sale. Bottom line is Amazon will not support you if you have any issues with this company. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT deal with Renew Tronics!
