A great prebiotic supplementI just started taking one chicory root pill daily and it really seems to add much needed fiber to my diet in a quick and good value pill form. It pretty much cleaned me out starting on the 2nd day, but now that I've been taking it for 10 days, it has evened out and I'm back to normal. I feel more energy than before, so think it's working pretty well.

Does not do as well as the Indian that I normally add to my coffee. I will continue ordering my inulin

I read and watched videos on celebs and random people who took this with a probiotic and kombucha and this helped with leaky gut and gastritis plus weight. So far I don’t take any medication for my stomach prescribed by my MD and I was.
