This is my favorite organic flour to buy. I use it to make a ton of things, but I especially like to make pancakes with it trying not to use boxed ingredients and to make everything natural. This flower has a great quality and taste really great for the money it was a goodbye, the texture went to. It was perfect which is why I keep buying it.
