Expensive poor design
Purchased thuis vacuum thinking i would get a professional vacuum for my Pub/Restaurant, main issue i have is that the quick release cable disconnects whilst hoovering, it then creates a spark and a flash... not idea at all.... i then replaced the connector with a stronger one, this has worked but now the vacuum has stopped all together after 5 months..... Spoke to karcher who will get an engineer out but due to me changing the connector, it could void warranty... not happy at all.....
