I've used this item before and have been happy with it. I keep it on low in my bedroom but I definitely don't stand near it as the air coming out is chilly.

Not a perfect fit for my Danby but they work ok. I had to tie the back panel to keep them from falling out. With the modification they are filtering well.

This product is a perfect replacement for my air purifier hard filter and charcoal filter. Works perfectly.

These are a snap to install. Literally. Just unlatch the back of the purifier, pull the tab to remove the old filter, and slip the new one in -- pressing at the adges to make sure the velcro adheres. These are a better value than the brand name filters and are exactly the same. The unit makes some noise when set on high, but it's virtually silent when running on low. We have been having restoration done on our kitchen which has created much dust. These filters keep us breathing easily. I hate to think how we would have managed without them.
