I bought this for my dog when I take him on walks. He tends to pull out of his collar, if he really wants something. ( I don't like making the collar so tight🤷‍♀️) But this was the cheapest and most used leash I have bought. It's so easy for my kids 11, 9 and 5 to put it around his neck. They have trouble with the clipping features. It's very sturdy. It takes a lot of pulling and works great! My dog likes to chew, and he got ahold of this and chewed an added safety feature on it. But that's it, it's just an extra protection. It still works amazing! My dog is 9 months old and we got his as a rescue as a 6.5 month old pup. We have 4 leashes for him and this one is my favorite!! I know he won't run off to chase squirrels. When we get back to our yard, it's a quick take off too. He likes to go play in the backyard after a walk, so it's nice to just take it off And off he goes!

I have a Standard Poodle, He likes he doesn’t shake it off like he does with Other collars. So I’d say he’s comfortable with it, it’s AMAZING quality for the price. But he did chew a bit on leash, and it didn’t even break a string, which is rare and amazing. The length is good because he’s a bigger dog. I love the color it makes him look a little more fancy lol. But it does really stop him from pulling, but it does kinda help with training! :)

These work great I highly recommend. They have a good grip. They are very durable.

I dog sit and go dog parking. I get stubborn crazy Frenchies to sit, among others. Sometime you need to leash up a dog quick. These help. Also good for leash walking discipline. I wish I had bought a couple of them. The rope is nice, looks nice, it is smooth an comfortable and the right weight and length for my needs. They don't look cheap, but the little plastic pieces will die eventually, but then I will just repair with hand sewing.

I was very excited to get this product. When received it was packaged great, I still think it was a great price and the quality is awesome. I'm sure I could give it 5 stars based on what I think of it, other than the fact that my dogs experience hasn't been so great ,so that's why I gave 3 stars. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? She's having issues wanting to be on a leash and I thought this would help out. Like she absolutely refuses to follow or anything and will either pull to get away or set down and protest. It fit her great though. But the more she tugs the tighter it gets around her neck, which I thought would correct her issue, and make her follow, but then she went to get a drink of water and acted like she was choking (even after the leash was removed). I haven't put it back on since. Maybe I'm doing something wrong with this whole thing? I just don't want to put it back on and she fight so much she chokes herself.

17ｋｇ、3歳くらいの元野犬を3か月前に引き取りました。 2年ほどの間、ボランティアさん宅で他の犬たちと暮らしていたようですが、 お散歩がうまくできない子で、強い引っ張りと他の犬に対する威嚇がありました。 強い引っ張りのため、チョークカラーを常につけられていましたが、チョークが締まり続けても お構いなしにぴっぱるので、首回りにチョークのあとが脱毛という形でついていました。 ハーネスなどいろいろと試しましたが、海外のしつけ動画で見たスリップリードに興味を持ち、 こちらの商品を購入しました。こちらの商品にレビューはありませんでしたが、アメリカ版のアマゾンでは、 たいへん高評価であり、安価だったので試しやすく、一番効果があったように思います。 ただ、使い方を間違えると犬の首が締まり続けるので、一瞬だけ合図を送るように上に引きます。 この辺りは、YouTubeなどで動画が出ているので、要確認です。 犬が、「引っ張らないで人の横にいれば、苦しくないし楽しく散歩ができる」とわかってもらうには 通常の首輪よりも合図が伝わりやすく有効でした。 通常の首輪にリードをつけ、その上にスリップリードをつけ、頭のすぐ上に固定して使っています。 リードを固定するためのパーツが歩いているうちに少し緩んでくるあたりが、もう少しという感じが しますが、十分効果が期待できると思います。 結果、お散歩中の引っ張りは改善され、ほどんど引っ張らずに横をあるいてくれるようになりました。 散歩中にほかの犬に会うとパニックを起こしてしまうので、そういうときにはスリップリードは持たずに 通常のリードだけを持ちます。この時スリップリードを持つとどんどん締まってしまうためです。 スリップリードは正しい使い方をすれば、使い始めた当日から効果があると思います。 スリップリードを使い始めるとき、最初の10分ほど右に左にぐるぐる歩いてみると、よくルールを理解できるようです。

My little Jack Russel Terrier has been pulling on his lead and jumping at other dogs since we got him more than 9 years ago. Now he walks pretty calmly beside me although still occasionally needs reminding how to behave.
