What is the difference between connoisseur and deluxe?

Both decanters have the same size and shape, however: -1- The Deluxe comes with cleaning beads, a cork stopper, a 15cm cork mat support and 5x cork coasters (whereas the Connoisseur only has the cork stopper and cleaning beads). -2- The Deluxe is made in Europe (while the Connoisseur is made in China).

Hello and thank you for your interest. Yes, your decanter is diswasher proof. That being said, this is a big piece of crystal glass and diswashers do not usually reach the inside of the decanter very well. The simplest and easiest is to give your decanter a quick wash with soapy water right after use. And, most importantly, not to let leftover wine dry inside overnight as this makes it harder to clean afterwards. At the very least, I recommend filling your decanter with a bit of water right after use so it is easier to clean later on.
