Seeing the first consistency I was not sure of a good outcome but as the package instructions the final result was a thick and tasty payasam.If you use a good nonstick deep casserole or pan to cook you, you can be free to do other things. Not up to the mark.They have suggested to used 2 liters milk.But it came out to be watery and not payasam consistency

Very tasty

Ordered 2 packs of 300 mg each. After adding 2 ltrs milk the Rice flakes were not enough almost missing to call it payasam. Not happy won’t order again. Have discarded the other pack don’t want to have watery payasam
