Great product
These fit my windows pretty well, though I did have to shave them a little to get the window all the way to the bottom of the track. I suspect that has more to do with the window installation than this product. Regardless, a few moments with a utility knife to cut these a few millimeters smaller and my windows have been working flawlessly for months. They were easy and even fun to install. I didn't get the special rivet tool, I just used my nail set to flare out the rivet initially and a small hammer to set rivet, very satisfying.

Cheap Thin Plastic
Replacing some 15 year old balances that had the pulley jam and are not made anymore. The plastic guides are a cheaper material by feel and look. I doubt it is nylon as listed in the product description. Also much thinner and one piece snapped in the bag. I think these would break before the pulley.

Not nylon just cheap plastic
The media could not be loaded. They are not telling the truth. The material is not nylon as promised. It is just cheap plastic that can be broken with your fingertips. These may seem to work alright, but only for a short time. I ordered some real nylon parts from a window hardware site and there is a huge difference.
