Just what I have been needing for my elderly Dad. No tipping over with this set up. You can put all your weight on one handle with NO worries of tipping over, as this is attached to the toilet seat itself. Perfect as you can use your own toilet seat with comfort.

I assembled it quickly. It’s heavy duty. It fit my 88 year old mother’s low boy toilet with elongated toilet seat. Mom has mobility challenges and she is frail and weak. This helps her sit down safely. She has no arm strength; so it’s not helping her get up. However this is an excellent sturdy product and I am happy it’s helping my mom some. I think we will keep it. Best product I could find after searching for about a year.

Especially when your mom is 25 years your senior and dealing with declining mobility. She has vertigo so 'most everything requires aid and assistance - and transitions from sitting to standing and vice versa are the most problematic and scary. This unit makes the toilet portion of adapting one less thing to worry about.The unit is solidly built and quite easy to assemble. Honestly, it probably took as long to unpack it from the protective packing as it did to assemble and install it!If you or someone you know is having issues with getting up and down, this will likely help. 10/10 do recommend.

These commode rails are great. They are very study even before you get the suction cups out to get the rails even sturdier to the commode. Once the suction cups are extended, the rails just don’t budge. I really like that they are easy to remove if you need to take them away vs. styles that actually screw to the commode. I also like that you can raise the arms up so that your legs have no restriction from movement swinging out if needed. I use lotion on my thighs and need to open my legs, and a lot of railings keep leg motion like that not an option. Lastly, I like how these rails don’t take up too much space compared to other styles. They are solidly made yet have a smaller profile in the bathroom.

Wonderful! This has made visits with friends and family and stays at vacation rental homes much safer and more comfortable for our older and disabled family members. Sets up easily and quickly. Packs away so that it is easy to take along in the car. It is heavy so does require the aid of an able-bodied person to carry it in and set it up.

Good product!! Provides additional safety in the bathroom. Much sturdier than other products.Would definitely recommend!

We bought a different toilet bar system that attached to the toilet seat, it did not look sturdy enough. Bought this one and can't say enough good things about it. Since I had a hip injury which would take months to heal and physical therapy, I needed something that would hold my weight as I was pushing myself off the toilet. The arms adjust up and down to accommodate your comfort and height, This worked without any problems. I have had it for several months and my PT say she likes it because it is very stable and I wouldn't get my feet caught like the other type that has legs like a walker to possibly trip me. I am VERY happy with this and would recommend it for its sturdiness, ease and security, If you need a higher seat, you may have to get a seat lift, but it worked fine for me. I just needed the stability of the arms.

This is the sturdiest toilet ‘chair’ we could find for my 92 yo father. It was the 5th item we purchased and the only one we did not return. Highly recommend.
