I have pain/discomfort in the ball of one foot. This product is the perfect cushion. I tried sticking it in my shoe first which worked okay. But then I realized you are supposed to stick it directly on your foot. This works perfectly. I can adjust the pad exactly where I want it. I also like that I can position the pad where ever I want it. If I just put the cushion on the ball of my foot, it makes my foot tilt strangely so I actually turn the pad so it covers the whole ball of my foot and evens out my stance. Each day, I just wash the pad with soapy water and let it dry. I've had these for at least 5 months and they still work great.

The actual pad itself works fine, however, I only received one left foot pad and rest of my package were right foot pads. My left foot is the one that’s injured, so this is pretty unhelpful. Based on the photos, I thought it would be an even mix of pads for both feet, but that was not the case. I wish they sold the left and right foot pads separately, so you could get the kind you actually needed.

Been wearing these for a few years based on foot Dr.'s advice. Help balance out pressure points. Like that they are washable/reusable. I feel like the last batch I bought wasn't quick as sticky, even when new. They flop off my feet only a few hours into the day (if wearing sandals, etc.).

Washable reusable for a few weeks even. They regain their sticky side and they stay in place. These definitely helped my foot problem

Well made

These pads are fairly comfortable, but the cons outweigh the comfort! They bunch up o eaily when trying to put hosiery on, so I have to anchor them with one hand. They start out looking great, but when you use them once or twice, they get black around the edges, even though I wish them every couple of days. Residue stuck in edges makes them look so dirty even though I tried soaking and scrubbing with a Nail brush. Gross I will not be purchasing these again. Would never recommend these to anyone. They say they are washable. That's a joke.

I wear these every day they do need to be washed to restore the stickiness but I dont find that to be a problem since there are several pairs.

Très surprise du résultat, ça retarde bien la douleur mais il faut en mettre 2 l un sur l autre sinon ca ne sert à rien pour ce qui me concerne. Je recommande pour tous les désespérés comme moi qui ne savaient plus comment faire pour marcher et courir sans douleur

These gel pads for me are very effective. I had an operation to remove a cyst that had developed underneath my little toe foot pad due to an injury. This resulted in the loss of the fatty pad you have to cushion the bones when walking causing considerable discomfort. Previously I had used non adhesive pads which I had to tape in place. These, quite thin, self adhesive gel pads work very well, no tape needed and they don't leave adhesive residue either when removed. In my case, once applied and walking, you don't know they are there. However, I do know they do a good job of cushioning my feet. The other good news is they are half the price of what I was previously using, easy to apply and can be reused for several days without getting smelly.
