can this be used in sous vide? what is safe temperature range without any harmful chemical?

My friend asked for a couple bags for his sous vide around Xmas. I think he was slow cooking steak for his dad. He said they worked OK and did the job. The bags are pretty big, very thick, and have the double click seal so water cant get in. I use them in my chest freezer for all my bread, rolls, meats, so cant say for sure if they are definitely suitable for sous vide, but at absolute worst you will have some pretty strong bags which are very useful round the house.

Can these fit store bought large tortilla wraps?

don't really know but the bags measure 33 x 40 cms so i suppose it depends on the size of your tortillas

If you are looking for micron thickness, this is not stated, but they are a thick strong bag.

What are the dimensions of these bags

Bags are 43cm x 33cm. Size below the ziplock seal = 39cm x 33cm They're heavy duty and hold a lot. I bought them to store food in my chest freezer and best thing I did. I can see everything in the bags and helps to maximise space. Good for catering companies / restaurants but also brilliant if you have a large freezer.
